Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was kind and polite. But the food at the restaurant was not that good. I'd recommend staying there but eating there
Everything was perfect here. Perfect location downtown. You're near several convenience stores like Oxxos, moreover it's location at the Historical center makes it easier to walk or scroll around. The breakfast was perfect for me, delicious and enough. Everything was worth it for a short stay.

Visited this hotel for a family reunion. The hotel has a great location but the condition of the hotel is terrible. Upon arrival, the room was gross, hair was everywhere in Bathroom. The elevator only holds a capacity of five people. Everyone else has to take the steps.

The rooms are good for me , the service is great and the location of the hotel is excelent because the downtown is close to the hotel, my experience there was great just the price of rent is a little expensive , the others things are ok .
